I’ve noticed that your prices are very affordable. Are your jewels really made with genuine stones and silver?

All the items in our catalogue include a detailed product sheet describing the materials used, whose authenticity we guarantee.
For every purchase, you will receive a certificate of authenticity for the materials.

Our pricing policy has always been based on accessibility, as we believe our customers should not bear the cost of market inefficiencies.
We are direct manufacturers, and our jewels come straight from our own workshops. This allows us to avoid the typical markup that arises when the distribution chain lengthens (manufacturer → distributor → wholesaler → agent, and so on).

All prices include VAT at 22%.

Can I buy a jewel as a gift and have it delivered to another address?

Of course! When purchasing a gift on EnnyMonaco.it, you can choose to have it delivered directly to the recipient’s address, accompanied by a personalised greeting card.
Simply write your message in the “Notes” field when confirming your order.

 

How will my jewel be packaged?

Our jewels are delivered in elegant gift boxes or wrapped with fine papers and satin ribbons,
because we believe that every jewel — even when purchased for ourselves — should always bring the joy of a gift.

What does “925/oo rhodium-plated” mean?

The term “925/oo rhodium-plated silver” is guaranteed by the hallmark stamped on each of our products.
“925” indicates the silver content of the alloy — 925 parts per thousand — which is the highest possible purity for jewellery making.
Rhodium plating is an electro-galvanic process that ensures the silver remains stainless and shiny over time.

How is the merchandise shipped?

All our shipments are made by express courier on the same day the payment is received.
Delivery is generally guaranteed within 3 working days for Italy and 10–15 working days for more distant countries.
